Documents to be submitted along with the Application Form
Attested copies of the following Certificates/Documents address to the Principal, The City College of Nursing, Sangaiprou, Imphal - 795001, Manipur, India.
- Age proof: High School Leaving Certificate of 10th Examinations issued by the Board/University thereby showing the date of birth/Birth Certificate of the Applicant issued by the competent Government authority.
- Certificates: Passing Certificate/Provisional Certificate in case of the candidates who already passed 10+2 Examination, migration certificate.
Or,
Admit Card/Appearing Certificate (from Principal of the School or College) for 10+2 Examination for those Candidates, who are waiting for declaration of result.
Marks-Sheet
- Clearly eligible marks-sheet of the 10+2 and Admit Card of the said Examination, showing the marks secured by the applicant.
- In case, a candidate is waiting for result of the 10+2, an Admit Card of the said examination should be submitted along with the application form. However, the original marks-sheet should be produced at the time of Counseling, if qualified.
- Migration certificate
- Photographs: Eight (8) recent clear color passport size photographs are to be submitted.
Further, all claims made thereof in the Application Form must be supported with documentary proof. All certificates are needed to be submitted in original at the time of admission.
Criteria for Rejection of Application Forms
- Candidates who fail to fulfill the age criterion.
- Candidates who fail to obtain the stipulated minimum marks in the qualifying examination .i.e., Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent.
- Candidates who do not have English as a compulsory subject in 10+2 examination will not be eligible.
- Defective submission and insufficient details in the Application Forms or non-receipt of Examination Fee will be rejected.
